Orders under £100 are £6.45 (up to 10kg, then 30p per each additional kg) Standard Delivery.
Next Day Delivery £8.45 (up to 10kg, then 30p per each additional kg).
Collection is Free.
We ship parcels using a DPD tracked service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 11:30am Monday to Friday.
2 - 4 Working days.
Same day dispatch if placed by 11:30am for next weekday delivery.
3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.
Items marked 'Pre-Order' on the website are not currently available from our supplier. If we know the delivery date, it will be visible on the product page. Please call or email for information on out-of-stock items, and we will update you when they are available again. If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We process and debit orders upon acceptance. If you should wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.
We offer 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in their original packaging, we will send your exchange with free carriage.
