Q: Is this a full box?
A: No. This is the window lid component only. It should be paired with a compatible base such as the Half Insert (01PLTLHI) to form a complete packaging solution.
Q: Is this suitable for hot or oily food?
A: No. It is suitable only for ambient or chilled items. Use a grease-resistant liner for oily or moist products.
Q: Is the PLA window recyclable?
A: The PLA window is compostable in industrial settings but not suitable for plastic recycling. Remove it for the board to be recycled properly.
Q: Is this packaging food-safe?
A: Yes. All materials comply with UK and EU food-contact safety regulations and are safe for direct contact with dry or low-moisture foods.

We ship parcels using DPD tracked Service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to inform you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 12 noon (mid-day) Monday to Friday.
In Stock Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 Working days.
In Stock Next Day Delivery: Same day dispatch if placed by 12 noon (mid-day) for next week-day delivery.
Out of Stock: 3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.

If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We authorise and debit orders on acceptance, if should you wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.

We allow 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in original packaging we will return your exchange carriage free.
