Q: Is this a complete box with base?
A: No. This is the lid component only. To form a complete unit, pair it with the Colpac Quarter Insert (01PLTLQI), which acts as the internal tray.
Q: Is the PLA window recyclable?
A: No. The PLA window is industrially compostable but not recyclable. To recycle the kraft board, the window should be removed beforehand.
Q: Can I use this for warm or greasy food?
A: It is not suitable for hot or greasy products. A greaseproof liner is recommended for moist or oily contents.
Q: Is the interior coated?
A: No. The interior is uncoated but approved for direct contact with dry or lightly moist foods under UK and EU food safety standards.

We ship parcels using DPD tracked Service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to inform you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 12 noon (mid-day) Monday to Friday.
In Stock Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 Working days.
In Stock Next Day Delivery: Same day dispatch if placed by 12 noon (mid-day) for next week-day delivery.
Out of Stock: 3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.

If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We authorise and debit orders on acceptance, if should you wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.

We allow 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in original packaging we will return your exchange carriage free.
