We ship parcels using DPD tracked Service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to inform you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 12 noon (mid-day) Monday to Friday.
In Stock Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 Working days.
In Stock Next Day Delivery: Same day dispatch if placed by 12 noon (mid-day) for next week-day delivery.
Out of Stock: 3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.
Items Marked 'Pre-Order' on the website are not currently available from our supplier. If we know the delivery date, it will be visible on the product page. If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.

We allow 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in original packaging we will return your exchange carriage free.
