The Colpac Medium Platter Sleeve with Window (01PLTMWS) is a kraft paperboard sleeve designed to enclose and enhance the presentation of medium-sized catering platters. It features a large PLA window for excellent visibility and a secure tuck-style assembly. This sleeve is ideal for sandwiches, finger foods, pastries, and event platters.

Common Questions & Answers
Q: Is this a full box?
A: No. This product is the sleeve only. It should be used in conjunction with the Colpac Medium Platter Base (01PLTMBS) to form a complete packaging solution.
Q: Can I recycle the whole unit?
A: The kraft paperboard is recyclable. The PLA window is compostable in industrial facilities, but not suitable for household recycling. For complete recyclability, remove the window before disposal.
Q: Can I use this for hot food?
A: No. It is designed for chilled or ambient foods only and should not be used for hot contents.
Q: Can this sleeve be custom printed?
A: This stock version is unprinted. Custom printing is available for high-volume orders (typically 5,000-10,000 units or more) through Colpac.

We ship parcels using DPD tracked Service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to inform you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 12 noon (mid-day) Monday to Friday.
In Stock Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 Working days.
In Stock Next Day Delivery: Same day dispatch if placed by 12 noon (mid-day) for next week-day delivery.
Out of Stock: 3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.
Items Marked 'Pre-Order' on the website are not currently available from our supplier. If we know the delivery date, it will be visible on the product page. Please call or email for information on Out-Of-Stock items & we will update you when they are available again. If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We authorise and debit orders on acceptance, if should you wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.
Free Product Exchange:
We allow 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in original packaging we will return your exchange carriage free.
