Common Questions & Answers
Q: Can I use this for lemon drizzle or similar slightly sticky cakes?
A: Yes, but a parchment or waxed liner is recommended for oily or syrupy products, as the board is not greaseproof.
Q: Is the PLA window the same as plastic?
A: No -- it's derived from renewable plant starch and certified compostable to EN 13432. It is not accepted in standard household plastic recycling streams.
Q: Can this be used in the freezer?
A: No. This carton is not designed for frozen storage or high-moisture environments.
Q: Is custom branding available?
A: Not on this stock version. However, custom-printed kraft wedges are available on request, subject to Colpac's standard minimum order quantity (typically 10,000 units or more).

We ship parcels using DPD tracked Service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to inform you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 12 noon (mid-day) Monday to Friday.
In Stock Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 Working days.
In Stock Next Day Delivery: Same day dispatch if placed by 12 noon (mid-day) for next week-day delivery.
Out of Stock: 3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.

If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We authorise and debit orders on acceptance, if should you wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.

We allow 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in original packaging we will return your exchange carriage free.
